Mandy and Roni are two happy yoga teachers. They share their talent on voluntary basis for HER Fund. They love to share the miraculous experience of yoga with you. Come and join them on this ride.

Yoga is an ancient philosophical system of more than 4000 years old. The word “Yoga” is Sanskrit, meaning “to join one point to another”. Yoga practice differs from other exercises by focusing on the union of body and mind. A consistent practice not only helps improving flexibility but also relieving stress and negative emotions. The mind will finally learn to come to stillness, from where we could see and feel the real beauty, peace and bliss within us.
