Ways to Partner with HER Fund:
1. Organise gender sensitivity training
Our expert-led gender sensitivity training offers practical tools and insights tailored to the local context. We also organise “Lunch and Learn” events for ongoing engagement.
2. Host a workshop with one of our grantee partners
Would your team like to meet inspiring community leaders working on issues such as refugee support, LGBTQ+ rights, women in sports, or period poverty?
We can organize an engaging workshop in collaboration with one of our grantee partners. Hear powerful, first-hand stories and gain meaningful insights from the voices driving change in our community.
3. Sponsorship and fundraisers
● Invest in HER Fund: We can allocate your resources across our pool of grantees and be your Community Investment partner to meet your ESG needs.
● Sponsor specific programmes: With our 100+ partners, we can work with you to create custom programmes to match your vision.
● Sponsor our annual International Women’s Day Fundraiser
● Organise a company fundraiser: They can be gala dinners, lunch break yoga, wellness challenges or pop-up marketplace in the common area. Add an incentive with company matching funds.
4. Share your resources and expertise
● Volunteer
● Be our event partner: Sponsor venues, equipment, food and beverages.
● Be our conference partner: Sponsor a booth or invite us to speak at relevant conferences.

Impact Story: Accelerate Progress with Woolworths Group
Demi Herder, Workplace Experience Specialist at Woolworth's shared, "when you do work to push gender equality forward, especially in 2025, you often get told ‘we have gender equity’ and we struggled to find the right resources or stories to respond appropriately to that."
Faced with this challenge, Woolworths chose not to stay silent. Instead, they partnered with HER Fund to bring gender sensitivity training to their team — a space for honest dialogue, learning, and unlearning.
Together, we:
✔ Created a safe, respectful space for reflection and discussion
✔ Explored inclusive language, unconscious bias, and the roots of gender inequality

Impact Story: Standing Up, Speaking Out with Avery Dennison
True equity begins when women are empowered to define their own paths — whether in the courtroom, the boardroom, or the community. That’s why our partnership with the APAC Law Department at Avery Dennison means so much to us.
For the past four years, this team of dedicated professionals — many of them women — has brought more than just legal expertise. They've brought a shared belief that women should have the power to choose their own goals, speak in their own voices, and shape the systems they work within.
Whether translating critical documents or interpreting live during workshops, their support has removed barriers for grassroots women leaders.
Through Avery Dennison Foundation’s Granting Wishes program, their recent support for our 20th Anniversary Fundraising Luncheon helped us amplify the work of our fund and our grantees.
