We are delighted to announce that Jade To has been officially promoted to take up the role of Executive Director of HER Fund starting July 2026. Jade has been with us since 2017, first joining HER Fund as a project co-ordinator. Throughout the years, Jade has worked closely with our team and community as programme lead, gradually rising through the ranks to deputy Executive Director. We very much look forward to seeing what is on the horizon for HER Fund and our community under Jade’s leadership.

Alongside Jade, our Board Members and staff team will be developing our 2027-2030 Strategic Plan as we march into our next chapter, all while remaining dedicated to HER Fund’s role as the only community women’s fund for women’s rights and gender equality in Hong Kong.

Above all, we would not have come this far without our community, and we hope to count on your continual support so we may walk even further.
