| Outline | Sticky Rice Love is renowned for its professionalism on sexuality education and close to the young generation. With a team of devoted part-time staff and volunteers, Sticky Rice Love has established an online sexual health platform, and has been providing sexuality education to schools and other NGOs in the past seven years. While Sticky Rice Love is making exponential growth, they determined to improve their governance and operation. To increase their capacity on organisation development, the grant supports their daily operational needs and allows them to hire a consultant, who are responsible for conducting participatory review and strategic planning. which are important to sustain their work in advancing gender equality. |
