Grant Projects

The initiative will provide migrant domestic workers women, who are members of partnered grassroots organization, with a comprehensive series of capacity-building and leadership training workshops. By fostering leadership and organizational capabilities, the project aims to create sustainable change driven by migrant women participants and their organizations, community themselves. Another key goal of the project is to build strong alliances of solidarity among marginalized women migrants, promoting mutual support and collective action.

The project hopes to foster broader societal recognition of the indispensable role these women play and to advance the protection of their rights and dignity. Ultimately, the project aims to contribute to a more inclusive and supportive environment for marginalized women migrants in Hong Kong.
