私隱政策
對於所有在網上捐款者提供之個人資料，及我們透過「婦女動力基金」網站(簡稱「本網站」)所取得的個人資料，婦女動力基金承諾會謹慎處理，絕對保密。
當閣下到訪本網站時，我們可能向閣下收集兩類資訊︰
1) 個人資料
當您在本網站進行網上捐款時，您所填寫之姓名、電郵地址、聯絡電話、地址、傳真號碼，均會用作發出收據、本會通訊和年報之用。如您在捐款後，不欲收取本會資訊，請隨時與我們聯絡。
2) 用戶資料
當您閱覽此網頁時，互聯網供應商可將您的資料紀錄下來，紀錄只會顯示您的網域名稱伺服器地址及所閱覽的網頁，而互聯網供應商亦只會向我們提供閱覽的總人數，這些資料只用於統計用途。
收集個人資料聲明
婦女動力基金會為配合香港個人資料私隱專員公署新修訂之「直接促銷新指引」中所列載的規定，會確保儲存的個人資料準確無誤，及有妥善的儲存方法。
為保障您的利益，本會只收集您所提供的個人資料(包括你的姓名、電話、傳真、電郵及郵寄地址) 作本會開發收據、通訊、籌款、活動/課程邀請或收集意見的推廣用途。在使用您的個人資料作上述用途前，本會必先獲得您的同意，才會使用您的個人資料。
除作上述用途外，婦女動力基金將不會以任何形式出售、租借及轉讓予任何人士或組織。您亦可以隨時要求本會停止使用您的個人資料作上述推廣之用途，費用全免。日後查閱或更新個人資料，請隨時致電 2794-1100 或電郵至： info@herfund.org.hk。
網上捐款
網上捐款服務由「傳款易」提供。利用最新及最先進的128-bit SSL加密技術，您的個人資料輸送均會有全面保障，防止不法分子入侵及盜用。

本網站提供多個超連結至其他網站。這些網站並不受制於「婦女動力基金」的私隱政策，我們亦不會對這些網站收集的任何個人資料負責。

HER Fund is committed to ensuring that the personal information provided through online donation and visitors of HER Fund’s website: www.herfund.org.hk, is treated with respect, kept confidential.
By visiting our website, we may collect two types of information from you:
1) Personal Data
When you make a donation through our website, your personal information (including name, email, phone number, address and fax number) provided by you will only use for issuing receipt and sending you HER Fund’s newsletter and annual report. If you do not wish to receive our information after making donation, please email or call us.
2) User Information
When you visit our website, our service provider makes a record of your visit. This shows your IP address, operating system, browser type and the pages you have visited. The service provider only discloses to us aggregate information about the number of visitors. We will only use this information for preparing statistics.
Personal Information Collection Statement
HER Fund undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure that personal data kept are accurate and securely kept. To safeguard interest of our data subject, HER Fund collects personal data (name, telephone number, fax number, email and mailing addresses) from you, and may use it for the purposes of providing you with information of HER Fund, fundraising appeal, workshops / activities invitation as well as for feedback collection and related promotion purposes. We will only use your personal data for the above mentioned purposes when we get your consent.
The personal data being collected via the present means, will not be sold, traded or rented in any forms through any means to any other parties. Upon your request at any time and at no charge, we will cease to use your personal data for promotion purposes. Online Donation
The online transaction processing is provided by PayDollar using the highest commercially available encryption technology - 128-bit SSL encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted, to protect the data from being read and interpreted.
