| Outline | In addition to enjoying sports, sports are a medium to enhance students' confidence and gender perspective and cultivate self-directed learning, leadership, planning, and executing abilities. Workshops will be organized for WISE’s ambassadors in each school. These workshops will cover design, photography, and videography; sports marketing, communication, and event planning; negotiation skills and public speaking; and gender and non-violent communication. Furthermore, ambassadors will be involved in planning and producing sports projects at their respective schools, empowering them through decision-making and contributing their skills. |
