Young people need sex education, but what kind of sex education do they really need?

"I studied in an all-girls' secondary school in which sex was a taboo among classmates. Sex was also not an issue to be discussed within the family," says Bopo, a young woman group member. "It was through taking part in the mentorship scheme that I first learned about how to use a condom as well as reflecting on gender issues."
