Grant Projects

Established in 2006, Midnight Blue is the only organisation dedicated in the community development of trans sex workers in Hong Kong. The organisation addresses multiple forms of marginalisation and discrimination faced by these sex workers, and provides these workers with support and protection through casework, outreach, public education and community development. 

This project aims to address the wellbeing of trans sex workers through art therapy. Through a series of art workshops including drawing, poetry-writing, and handicraft-making, trans sex workers are encouraged to express themselves non-verbally, and explore their feelings and thoughts. The therapist will develop an art product together with the participants for further outreach to the community.
